Frequently Asked Questions

Should both adults and children buy separate tickets?

Yes. Everyone except the 0-2 age range is ticketed.

Is there a separate ticket for each workshop and playground?

No. One ticket is purchased for the festival; Participation in all workshops, shows and playgrounds within the scope of the festival is free from the moment of entry to the festival area. There will be an additional charge for food and beverage in the area only.

How will children access playgrounds and activities?

As soon as you enter the festival grounds, you’ll discover play zones and workshops tailored to every age group. With the guidance of our hosts, children can easily join the courses and workshops best suited for them.

Will the companions be able to entrust the children to the playgrounds?

No. Companions must accompany children at all times while in the area.

Can we leave the area and log back in when needed?

Play areas may vary in terms of age groups, duration, and number of participating children. Our hosts will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Event Rules

Tickets are valid for the day and session they were purchased. Please check the date and session time of your ticket.
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
All visitors aged 2 and above require a ticket.
Ticket holders gain free entry to all activities within the festival area. Additional fees are only required for food and drink.
Parents must accompany their children in all areas during the festival, including game tracks, workshops and show areas. Children will not be accepted into care.
Game areas may vary in terms of age groups, duration, and number of participating children. Our operators in the game area will share these directives.
Pets are not allowed into the festival area.
Smoking is prohibited within the festival area.
The organization holds the right to use photos and video footage of attendees for promotional materials. By participating in the event, attendees agree to this usage.
Entry and exit to the festival are subject to the rules and regulations the HUPALUPA GO Festival sets. After ticket control, both the child and accompanying parent/chaperone are given wristbands.
Wristbands will be used for entry and exit from the festival area during their designated session; if the wristband is removed, the attendee cannot re-enter the festival area. In such cases, the attendee must present their ticket.
Bringing any sharp, piercing, or harmful objects into the festival area is dangerous and prohibited.
HUPALUPA GO Festival is not responsible for visitors' personal belongings.
Warning: We recommend all guests bring sun protection materials such as hats, sunscreen, etc., for both themselves and their children.
