Workshop Rules

  • The workshops are suitable for the age groups specified for each event. Please make sure to follow the age criteria provided during ticket purchase.
  • A separate ticket must be purchased for each age group.
  • The workshops begin at the scheduled time. Participants are required to be at the workshop entrance with their tickets at least 10 minutes before the start time.
  • Professional instructors and supervisors will accompany the children throughout the workshop. Parents will not be permitted to enter the workshop area.
  • Bringing food and drinks into the workshop area is prohibited.
  • All materials used during the workshop are hygienic, child-friendly, and safe.
  • Children are advised not to carry personal belongings. The facility is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
  • Hygiene rules are strictly followed in the workshop area. Materials and the workshop space are carefully cleaned after each activity.
  • The workshops are completed within the specified time for each activity. At the end of the activity, the children's work is neatly handed over, and a certificate of participation is issued by HUPALUPA ACADEMY.
  • At the end of the workshop, parents are kindly requested to pick up their children within the specified time.
  • If your child has any special needs (such as allergies, special support, etc.), kindly provide this information during registration.
  • Purchased tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
